Meet Laurie!  Laurie's original waist line measurement placed him in the high risk category for heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other chronic diseases.  

In six months Laurie lost 9.7 kg, 36.5 cm and 7.5% body fat putting him in the healthy weight range and improving his overall health. 

The thing Laurie likes most about his eating plan is "that it is realistic, easy to follow and still allows for occasional treat meals."

After having my second child I knew I had to do something about all the extra weight I was carrying.  So I joined the gym (Genesis Kelmscott). After training in the gym for a while I wasn't getting the results I wanted so I approached Better Health Nutrition & Fitness about getting a personalised nutrition plan.  The recipes I received were great, they taste amazing and are all quite easy to prepare.  After one month of being on my plan I lost over 4kg and I felt great!  Breanne continuously checks in on my progress and keeps me motivated to reach the goal weight I have set for myself.  After 8 months I have lost over 14kg and reached my goal weight.  And it is all thanks to the support, motivation and professional guidance from Bree.  I couldn't have done it without you!!

I first met Breanne as a Group Trainer at Genesis Kelmscott. Breanne is a very thorough and caring Trainer who takes time to find out about the people in her classes. There is no such thing as “Just another person” in Breanne’s class.

After experiencing prolonged lower back pain I approached Breanne to coach me in Pilates to increase my flexibility and core strength. She designed a program for me taking into account the type of injury I have and the requirements of my GP. Since starting my training with her in November 2013 for 1 hour per week my pain level has been reduced to a manageable level, my flexibility and core strength is awesome. The program has been designed to challenge me at each session without aggravating my injury. Breanne is in constant touch between sessions to encourage, coach and guide me through exercises she has given me to do at home.

As part of my program I chose to have Breanne design a nutrition plan for me. She has developed an eating plan that is designed to my lifestyle and eating preferences. The eating plan is easy to follow and has resulted in an increase is energy, loss of cravings and all over feeling of wellbeing.

My name is Elise Crozier, I am 39 years old and have three children.  Four if you count my partner.  My partner and I have our own business which keeps me very busy.

When I first came to Bree I had just finished working full time as a Special Needs Assistant at a primary school in Rockingham.  Due to time constrictions and a lack of good nutritional knowledge my eating habits had led me to a weight I was very unhappy about (heavier than when I was pregnant).

Bree knew exactly how to help me, she gave me recipes that were so easy to make and ideas on not just what to eat, but how and when to eat it.  I was so used to the old three meals a day routine and they were decent sized meals.  But I soon learned to snack in between and reduce my main meal sizes.  I was preparing meals and snacks in advance.  My fridge now for example is always full of containers with easy snacks like cut up oranges or carrots.

I think aside from the weight loss, the thing I am most happy about is that by following my plan from Better Health Nutrition & Fitness I am able to implement changes into my life without excluding myself from my family.  That is that the recipes and ideas Bree gives are all family friendly.  That in itself is a tough call in my house especially when feeding and Autistic boy!  So not only have I lost weight and gained energy, my family have inadvertently begun eating healthier too.

I would recommend Bree to anyone no matter what their situation; she knows her topic extremely well.  I was told I may have Haemocromotosis (storing iron), I told Bree and straight away she told me the dietary changes I would need to make, the effects this illness could have and all the things I needed to be aware of.

My life has definitely changed since following the advice given through Better Health Nutrition & Fitness and I couldn’t be happier!
