WHEN: TUE 3rd March, THU 5th March, Sat 7th March (Health screening, Fitness testing etc.)
WHERE: 24 Numulgi St, Armadale (Minnawarra House)
WHAT'S INVOLVED: Choose between one or all of the exercise sessions, a 60 minute nutrition consultation each week, ongoing support from our Health Professionals through a FB group forum
INVESTMENT: $60 for 6 weeks or $35 for concession/seniors
FREE for Type 2 Diabetics on a Medicare group care plan.
The exercise sessions are made up of low-moderate intensity physical activity that anyone can do. We modify exercise to help each individual. The groups are friendly, supportive people. The Education sessions will cover the following topics:

- Physical Activity
- What is Healthy Eating?
- Fat In Your Diet & Eating Out
- Recipe Modification, Meal Planning & Budgeting
- Label Reading
- Making and Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle
- Myths and Misconceptions & Non-hungry Eating
