Manual Therapist & Exercise Healing Consultant

Zoe will focus on internal and external treatment to help her clients overcome their mental and physical health issues. She uses her intuitive ability, combined with her experience in Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage and Mental Health to assist her clients in achieving and maintaining long lasting change.
Her dual qualifications allow her to switch from trainer to massage therapist to meet the needs of the individual on that day.
