Wilson has experience working in group, hydrotherapy, one-on-one and strength and conditioning settings. He has worked with patients who have a variety of chronic conditions such as; musculoskeletal conditions, cardiopulmonary conditions, and metabolic conditions. Wilson has a special interest in falls prevention, Type 2 diabetes management, weight management, and improving chronic pain. He is also fluent in Mandarin.
Wilson is extremely passionate about improving the health and well-being of his clients and bringing about positive change in their lives through exercise. He particularly enjoys working with the ageing client to achieve greater independence in their daily lives through gentle exercise.

Evangeline is experienced in one-on-one exercise delivery, group-class supervision and management, hydrotherapy, conducting assessments and educating clientele. She has worked with a wide variety of clients and conditions including cancer, diabetes, heart conditions, neurological conditions, arthritis, autoimmune, chronic pain, injury and corporate employees.
She has worked closely with arthritis patients to prepare for joint replacements, falls prevention, cardiac rehabilitation and previously run core stability and boxing for fitness classes. Evangeline is specifically passionate about improving quality of life and building self-efficacy within her clients.
Evangeline is passionate, friendly and determined to help her clients achieve functionality and well-being through individually tailored exercise prescription.

Zoe has a keen interest in personal training and has the ability to work within the fitness and strength capabilities of her clients without the typical "smash" mentality you find in a lot of trainers. Zoe has extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy with her experience in both massage and exercise physiology. She has gained experience working with spinal cord injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic, cardiovascular, respiratory and the elderly population. She enjoys working with older adults to assist in falls prevention and functional mobility and has spent some time facilitating group exercise classes. Zoe has a friendly and positive outlook and works hard to help her patients achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual.
